Single room in winter on request!
Reduction for children in winter
0 to 3 years € 20,- per night
4 to 9 years 50% reduction
10 to 14 years 30% reduction

This reduction is only valid for children as third and/or fourth person in the parents’ room!
Reduction for children summer
0 to 4 years € 15,- per day
5 to 9 years 50% reduction

From 15 years 10% reduction
Children’s discount for a minimum stay of 3 nights in the parents’ room.
In the family room, children receive a 10% discount on the normal prices.
The above prices are exclusive of local tax.
This is charged at € 2.00 per person per night (local tax compulsory from 15 years of age).
For children under 15 years of age as 3rd and 4th person in a shared room we do NOT charge local tax.
Pets:
For a dog we charge Euro 15,- per day.
Pets are not allowed during the winter months!
Cancellation & arrival/departure:
The general regulations of the Austrian Hotel Regulations (ÖHVB) apply!
On the day of arrival the rooms are available from 14.00 hrs, on the day of departure until 10.00 hrs!
In case of early departure, the full room rate (minus meals) will be charged!
The hotel bill can be paid in cash or with EC/Bankomat card!
Reservation:
After written reservation we ask the guests to pay a deposit of € 200,- per room.
Upon receipt of the deposit, the reservation is considered binding!
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance – which can be booked on all booking confirmations (Europäische Reiseversicherung).
